Ramadan is special month for Muslim. In Indonesia, we have ‘mudik’, a tradition event when we get back to our hometown where our childhood spent before Eid Al Fitr. Mudik is an extraordinary moment when we can spend the time with our family because our daily activities taking too much of our time. We come to our hometown with happiness. We meet our family, our parents, our siblings, and our relatives.
That day was supposed to be a day filled with testosterone; long hair, jeans that hasn’t been washed for months, tattoo on some of the body parts, and beard that grows wildly. But there’s one word can change all of that: affection.
This was a fun collaboration working with the e-commerce startup, Kudo, an online platform for being resellers for various top named merchants.
To celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadhan, GO-JEK created a feature on their app to say thank you to the drivers for their efforts. So in order to introduce this new feature on the apps, we have a story about a lady GO-JEK driver who gives a present to her daughter on the first day of the fasting month.
Recently we collaborated with Hijup, an online fashion market specialising in modest wear for muslim women. For this project, Hijup wanted to put emphasis on women who make positive changes in their surroundings.
In early March Anatman made a second journey to Aceh for Save The Children, this time to make a documentary explaining the benefits of breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months after birth to women in remote villages.
