Happiness has a different meaning for everyone. The smallest thing can make people happy and spread the happiness to others. When First Media asked Anatman to define ‘Happiness’ with a video, it was also a happiness for us.
When Torabika sent us the brief for their new digital video campaign, we were very excited. In Indonesia, it’s very common for woman to make coffee for their husband. Torabika want to change that perspective. Actually, I’m not coffee lover, but feminism theme is a great theme for video concept.
After a couple of weeks of much needed break over Christmas, we were excited to be starting the year afresh with a great experimental project for Koko Krunch. This was our first time to be shooting a full ‘point of view’ digital film and TVC where you will be able to click online whether you want to see the story from the child’s or mum’s point of view.
This time, we were filming a project for Samsung. The story was about a girl who experiences an adventurous trip of her lifetime. As it was already decided that the main talent would be Eva Celia, we only needed to do the casting for the male talent.
For the release of Note 5, Samsung wants to have 3 different stories and 1 manifesto. The stories consist of a working mom, a graduated son, and a woman who wants to travel. And for these 3 stories, we divided them into 2 days shooting. The first day is located in a studio and the second one is in Karawang, Bekasi.
The shooting of Koko Krunch was the day after Acuvue’s shooting day. As a result, Tasha and I became zombies who yawned a lot for that day. But the show must go on, so let’s go!
In early July, we had a project for Acuvue who wanted to make a digital viral video that would also be used for cinema. They wanted to emphasize the ease and worry free aspects of wearing contact lenses.
